I suggest you buy this book for anyone you know that smokes; as it contains the code that disarms the bomb of smoking.

You may only have to read the book once. I have quit smoking cigarettes multiple times by using this book.

But not until I had my moment of realization; (something this book also discribes) did I see that I was merely not following the directions as they are written. Follow this MANUAL.

I suggest reading it on the day you planned to quit; while smoking a pack of cigarettes to boot. It will make you see the cigarettes for the nasty filthy things that they are and make you want to quit—-nay…..  STOP SMOKING forever.

Go to their website for more details or order the book online.

Mind Fist

I am currently also reading Mind Fist by Dr. HaHa Lung. http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41O1AH63hrL._SL500_AA240_.jpg

The first half of the book is about Bullies and their mentalities and what they do. Looking at myself I really am a Bully myself; and have bullied so many people because it was such an easy way to seem superior. I guess you could say I was oblivious to my own Napolean complex where I had to be right. I could lie to a lie detector; or at least I was sure I could. During my recovery it has been becoming easier to spot the people who act as bullies or victims oir may other roles that Dr. Haha Lung talks about. (Lung, Haha. Mind Fist. Citadel Press, 2008. Print.)   Lung, Haha.

Twenty One Hours

I gave away the rest of my weed today - That’s the first time I have ever done that. It feels weird; kind of like The Joker walking into a bank and making a regular withdrawal.

I haven’t run in to any withdrawal symptoms worth mentioning; except maybe these hunger type pangs … but those are simply the nicotine …  I’m looking forward to my sleep to see if i have any wild dreams.

This will continue tomorrow.

How to Quit Without Feeling S**t

I am starting to read this book; the cover says “The fast, highly effective way to end addiction to caffeine, sugar, cigarettes, alcohol, illict or prescription drugs. I see 5 out of 6 that need some improvement in my life, the book can’t hurt.

I like the concept; not sure on how much I won’t be feeling it though. I will review it when I’m done. Hopefully sometime this week.

I’m going to try this for once…

I feel like this session I have been smoking in has not ended since it started; back when I was 18. I remember little from in between when it comes to events and people; I may have learned a few skills along the way but it seems there has been no way to use them.

Tomorrow is going to be the first day of sobriety and well being. I’m not setting my goals for failure; but for total success. I will log the results and my thoughts on this website.
